Kualifikasi
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management.
- Experience leading a team and driving projects to completion.
- Strong creative thinking with the ability to develop engaging content strategies.
- Proven ability to create innovative and out-of-the-box ideas for social media campaigns.
- Agile mindset, able to adapt quickly to changes and pivot strategies when needed.
- Proficient in using social media tools and analytics platforms to track performance and optimize content.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for trends and audience insights.
