Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Handle strategic and end-to-end execution process of marketing campaign blasts through internal marketing channels, including but not limited to App Push Notifications, Newsletter / Email Marketing, In-App Messages, and WhatsApp.
Provide engaging marketing automation strategies to improve user retention cohort
Implement new CRM tools tactics and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Create the reporting and analysis of channel push performance aiming to improve the business metrics
Manage the channel & segment experiment to improve the performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of CRM initiatives

Kualifikasi

At least 3 years of experience in related fields in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
Hands-on experience in running CRM programs and infrastructure using MoEngage or other similar tools
Ability to understand and manage quantitative business metrics; experience with reporting on metrics to senior management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, well-organized, disciplined, and high initiative
Experience in any of these specializations is a plus: Google Analytics, HTML, CSS, SQL
