Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement content strategies.
- Develop and oversee content calendar and editorial plan.
- Develop, write, and produce high-quality multimedia content.
- Lead and mentor a team of content creators.
- Collaborate with other teams, act as a key point of contact for content creation, and support team members in creative brainstorming sessions.
- Collect and review content performance data using analytics tools or any other methods available, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize future content.
- Prepare reports with Social Media Specialist, and provide actionable insights to improve future content strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Film, Videography, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in content creation, with a portfolio showcasing a strong command of multimedia content (video, graphics, photography).
- Experience managing or mentoring a content creation team.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian with excellent public speaking and communication skills.
- Advanced understanding of social media platforms or trends, content creation, editing software, and SEO principles.
