Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Proactively identify and acquire new profitable clients
- Manage the entire business development lifecycle (sourcing-hunting-farming)
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients
- Prepare regular internal BD reports to track BD projects and measure progress against KPI
- Draft commercial agreement (PKS) and liaise effectively with Legal and Compliance
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 4/5 years experience in business development, sales management, acquisition and related fields
- Demonstrated experience in project management and achieving target
- Prefer to work with bunch of ambitious talents in fast-paced environment - you're willing to try something new, and fail fast
- Ability to work with a wide range of people, both internally and externally
- Have a high curiosity about how businesses work and are highly adaptable to new changes
- Excellent skills in MS. Office especially excel
- Possess superior verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian (compulsory) and English (preferably)
