Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Collaborate with the product development team to understand complex application requirements and backend system design objectives.
Design, develop, and maintain robust backend components and RESTful APIs using Golang, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
Architect and optimize database schemas, queries, and indexing strategies to support large-scale data processing and efficient data retrieval.
Implement best practices for security, authentication, authorization, and data protection to safeguard user data and maintain system integrity.
Manage and enhance monitoring dashboards to ensure real-time visibility, efficient application performance tracking, and proactive issue resolution.
Perform advanced system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks or architectural challenges.
Lead code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and enforce best practices to maintain high code quality and adherence to industry standards.
Document backend system architecture, API specifications, and development workflows to support knowledge sharing and long-term maintainability.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a top university.
Proven experience as a Backend Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role for more than 4 years.
Strong proficiency in backend development languages and frameworks, such as Golang, Node.js, Python, or PHP (Laravel).
Experience in managing dashboards for efficient application monitoring and management.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and debug complex issues.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Able to work from office (Jakarta Pusat)
