Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsible for growing the Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) services and initiating new initiatives
Maintaining and enhancing cooperation with existing merchants, such as e-commerce and payment gateway partners in order to grow GMV
Responsible for daily merchant business promotion, operation, and maintenance
Optimizing new users' adoption using Akulaku's installment products
Promote the development of the group's business and complete the KPI issued by the company every month
Design an effective plan through the judgment of the market and realize it

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in any major
2+ years of work experience in Business Development and Key Account functions from Financial technology/Banking/E-commerce/OTA industry/company
Fluent in speaking English. Being able to speak Mandarin will be a plus, but not required
Have strong communication and logical analysis skills
Leadership (team management) skill is preferred
Great understanding of consumer financing and the fintech industry
