Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Achieve target number of leads, filtering prospects, to the initial meeting
- Develop leads generation strategies through outbound and inbound lead-generation channels
- Coordinate a multi-functional team to execute lead generation projects and develop strategies to attract potential sponsors
- Initiate contact with potential funders and respond to inquiries generated from lead-generation projects
- Build & maintain relationships with potential sponsors by performing calls or emails to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales
- Utilize and maintain the CRM Software and leads database management system to improve the Lead Generation method and track the sponsorship pipeline
- Move-qualified leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to the respective Business Development Executive, and arranging meetings, emails, or phone calls
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in sales development, lead generation, partnership, or fundraising, a background in social industry with business-to-business (B2B) clients preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong passion and active in the social world with a track record in charity or volunteer work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or related fields.
- Confident in communicating with mid-level and senior management.
- In-depth knowledge and experience using HubSpot or other CRMs is a plus
- Excellent networking, effective communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong creative, critical, logical thinking, and management skills.
- Positive thinking & attitude, open-minded, fast learner, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good team player and proactive attitude.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English.
- Very well-organized, excellent time management, and detail-oriented.
- Working remotely full-time, with readiness to commute to Jabodetabek when required
