Deskripsi Pekerjaan

End-to-end knowledge of the business process of the business unit and in-depth knowledge of the user funnel within the project units that the lead QA is assigned to.
Act as the communication bridge between manual testing engineers and the software test engineer (automation) to achieve maximum test coverage for features that the QA team is responsible for.
Responsible in managing test tools and result documentation to bug reporting process within project units.
Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including monitoring metrics to ensure quality goals are met.
Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally within the project unit.
Lead and mentor QA team members in different project unit.

Kualifikasi

Experienced in leading QA team at least 5 years within with focus on both automation and manual testing for web apps and mobile apps.
Well experienced in automated testing framework (e.g., selenium, katalon studio, JMeter, postman, etc.)
A proven track record in defining test strategies for specific business scope.
Understands REST API standards and JSON.
Understands how to get data from datastore, both for SQL (such as MySQL) and NoSQL such as MongoDB) and has used tools for them.
Experience in test case reviews process and understand best practices in test case management.
Exposed to bug reporting process.
