Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts to thoroughly evaluate the functionality and performance of our products.
Conduct various types of testing, including functional testing, regression testing, usability testing, and performance testing.
Collaborate closely with the development team to understand requirements and participate in early stages of the software development life cycle to provide feedback on design and usability.
Execute manual and automated tests, analyze results, and identify and report defects and bugs in a clear and concise manner.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to reproduce, debug, and resolve issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Continuously improve and optimize the QA process by identifying areas for automation, implementing efficient testing methodologies, and staying updated with industry best practices.
Document test plans, test cases, and test results, ensuring comprehensive documentation of the QA process.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in quality assurance methodologies, tools, and technologies.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a top university.
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance professional or in a similar role min experience 2 years.
Strong understanding of different testing methodologies, such as functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Proficient in writing test case management tools such as TestRail or other similiar software.
Experience with both manual and automated testing techniques and tools.
Knowledge of bug tracking systems and experience in defect reporting and tracking.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to work effectively in an Agile development environment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
