About the Role
You’ll be the engine that turns ideas into execution. From launching nationwide campaigns to managing multi-stakeholder projects, you’ll make sure everything runs on time, on brand, and on target. You’ll balance creativity with precision—translating big visions into structured plans and measurable impact.
What You’ll Do
- Lead planning and execution of key campaigns, events, and strategic projects.
- Manage cross-functional teams, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate with internal departments, partners, and vendors for campaign alignment.
- Develop campaign briefs, budgets, and performance dashboards.
- Analyze results, extract insights, and continuously improve project outcomes.
- Build scalable processes and documentation for future campaigns.
Kualifikasi
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years experience in project management, campaign execution, or marketing operations.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
- Data-driven mindset with creative instincts.
Bonus Points
- Experience in managing cross-brand or nationwide campaigns.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, partnerships, or event production.
- Ability to turn chaos into structure—and keep everyone on track.
