Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules and scopes, budget allocations, and implementation plans.
  • Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards.
  • Create detailed project planning and resource planning.
  • Monitor project progress in alignment with the work scope and quality of work, and ensure deliverables are developed as required.
  • Analyze project progress to ensure the team adheres to project requirements.
  • Establish and maintains relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
  • Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs.
  • Report project outcomes and risks to the appropriate management channels as needed.
  • Create a detailed monthly plan for the whole team.
  • Monitor and manage project administrations (Contractual Agreements, BAST, SIT, QAT, UAT, Invoices, etc) and ensure they are well documented.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management is preferable.
  • Experience in IT projects related to ERP is preferable.
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal is preferable
  • Proficient at the time and resource management.
  • Detail-oriented
  • Exceptional critical thinking as well as problem-solving skills
  • Capable of managing crises.
  • Outstanding internal and external negotiations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and public speaking skills.
  • Strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure, in a timely manner.
