Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead and oversee all daily operational activities to ensure AADK outlets deliver consistent, high-quality service.
- Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs to maintain quality, cleanliness, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular on-site visits to check service quality, facilities, staff grooming, and overall guest experience.
- Handle and resolve operational issues, complaints, and challenges promptly.
- Support supervisors and staff in creating a warm, welcoming customer experience that exceeds expectations.
- Hold regular operational meetings to review performance, set targets, and act on customer feedback.
- Drive efficiency and productivity to meet tight opening and operational timelines.
- Coach and develop outlet teams to uphold service and operational standards.
- Lead the implementation of new operational systems and ensure compliance across outlets.
Kualifikasi
- Based in Surabaya, willing to travel frequently to Malang.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in F&B operations or similar industries.
- Strong communication skills and a people-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized problem-solver.
- Proven track record in maintaining high operational standards in F&B.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Experienced in people management and performance tracking.
- Proven track record in system improvement, operational audit, or multi-outlet management.
