Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Analyze business processes and configure Odoo (Community/Enterprise) to meet requirements
- Customize Odoo modules, develop workflows, and integrate third-party applications
- Migrate data from legacy systems to Odoo with accuracy and integrity
- Train end-users and create documentation for smooth adoption
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and post-implementation
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with user's expectations
Kualifikasi
- Hands-on experience implementing Odoo (Community or Enterprise) in a client-facing role
- Technical proficiency in Odoo customization and PostgreSQL
- Understanding of business processes
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
- Experience working in a software house or IT consultancy is preferred
