Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance across diverse business units.
- Develop and implement legal strategies to support the growth and success of each business unit.
- Oversee the negotiation, drafting, and review of variety of commercial agreements, including contracts with vendor, supplier, customers, and partners.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Law.
- Having experience as corporate legal min. 2 Years.
- Having experience as Legal in IT company would be advantage.
- Can do attitude.
- Highly motivated with spirit to learn new things.
- Willing to do administrative and practical works.
- Good attitude, commitment to work and good team player.
- Good problem solving, analytical skill.
