- Assist the company's legal team with legal matters.
- Conduct legal research on various matters related to business, commercial and transactional.
- Drafting and reviewing agreements and all related legal documents.
- Organizes, administers and maintains papers, documents and files both electronically and physically.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Fresh graduate and/or final year law students are welcome to apply. Reputable university would be preferred.
- GPA 3.00 is required.
- Having a great understanding of Corporate and Contractual Law would be preferred.
- Having great analytical, logical thinking and research skills.
- Good communication skills and proficient in English, both written and verbally.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Multitasking and being able to work at a fast pace environment.
