Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Identify and manage relationships with KOLs, influencers, and micro-influencers relevant to tech, productivity, and AI-driven tools.
  2. Develop creative strategies with KOLs to highlight the benefits of SuperAI’s productivity solutions.
  3. Craft clear, compelling campaign briefs for influencers, focusing on SuperAI’s core strengths, including AI-powered software that simplifies daily tasks.
  4. Implement social media strategies to educate potential users about SuperAI’s product features across platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
  5. Conduct structured experiments to evaluate influencer campaigns, measuring engagement, reach, and conversion into SuperAI users.
  6. Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize future strategies.
  7. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure consistent messaging for SuperAI across all social media efforts.
  8. Manage the influencer campaign budget, ensuring each collaboration maximizes reach and delivers a positive ROI.

Kualifikasi

  1. 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing and social media campaign management, particularly in the tech or productivity software industry.
  2. Experience working with KOLs and influencers in the productivity, tech, or AI space (preferred).
  3. Proven ability to create effective campaign briefs that communicate the benefits of productivity tools through engaging content.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and optimize campaign performance.
  5. Experience managing campaigns on social media platforms, focusing on building trust and engagement with tech-savvy audiences.
  6. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and influencer collaborations simultaneously.
  7. Strong communication skills and experience in cross-team collaboration.
