Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Report directly to the QA Team Lead regarding the execution and results of manual and automated testing activities for IT applications and systems.
- Design and develop comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and testing strategies aligned with business and operational requirements.
- Create and maintain automation testing scripts based on approved testing plans and scenarios (for QA Automation roles).
- Manage and deliver testing activities in accordance with established timelines and performance targets.
- Execute manual and/or automated testing to ensure system functionality, usability, performance, and quality standards are met.
- Prepare, review, and maintain testing documentation, test evidence, certification records, and quality assurance reports.
- Organize and store testing artifacts, documentation, and certification records within designated repositories.
- Follow up on internal audit findings and continuously support corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with risk management practices, IT Governance frameworks, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance, preferably within the Banking or Financial Services industry.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies, with hands-on experience in Agile environments.
- Proficient in JIRA, TestRail, DBeaver, MySQL, SQL Server, and Postman, with experience testing desktop, mobile, and API applications.
- Strong capability in journal testing and reconciliation, particularly for Lending-related projects.
- Knowledge and experience in Automation Testing is an advantage, preferably using Selenium and/or Appium.
- Ability to create comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and testing documentation.
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to execute testing activities critically and effectively based on approved test plans and scenarios.
- Demonstrates strong ownership, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to lead or manage small to medium-sized teams.
- Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate IT-related risks while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
