Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for R&D digital products (e.g. LIMS, ELN, formulation tools, stability systems).
- Gather and translate business needs from R&D teams (formulation, analytical, preclinical) into clear IT product requirements.
- Manage the full product lifecycle—from ideation, prototyping, validation, to launch and post-implementation review.
- Ensure that all R&D systems and data workflows meet compliance standards (GAMP 5, ALCOA+, 21 CFR Part 11).
- Oversee integration of digital tools with other enterprise systems (ERP, MES, QMS, etc.).
- Define KPIs and success metrics to track product performance and user satisfaction.
- Propose digital solutions and design architechture that can shorten development cycles and improve decision-making in the R&D pipeline.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT product management, business analysis, or digital transformation.
- Experience using Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with R&D-specific platforms such as LIMS, ELN, data analytics or visualization tools (Power BI)
- Knowledge of system integration with ERP
- Understanding of cloud technologies, APIs, and data governance practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex scientific processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in cross-functional settings (R&D, QA, IT, RA).
- Agile mindset, able to work in iterative development cycles and manage changing priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to compliance, quality, and data integrity
