Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Analyze and optimize existing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Supporting informed decision making, and responsible for procuring coupon/standard Production Minutes Statements for each article in production.
- Design and implement effective systems and workflows that align with organizational goals and promote a lean and agile operational environment.
- Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs without compromising quality or safety standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, to integrate engineering solutions seamlessly into the overall business strategy.
- Ensure that the 5S of the work area.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of footwear industry experience.
- Exposure in IE project (One Pair System etc.)
- Hands on in shoe process development.
- Analyse and addressing problem solving in production process.
- Proactive / communicative / resilient / attitude / composure personality.
- Ability to establish priorities and time management.
