Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.
Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS system.
Oversee payroll, attendance, overtime calculations, and BPJS processes.
Plan manpower requirements, manage the talent pool (hiring, onboarding, handover), and salary structure.
Collaborate with management to design company regulations and organizational structure.
Develop and implement HR practices that align with company values and goals.
Create and maintain clear, consistent SOPs to ensure efficient and standardized work processes.
Shape a positive work environment and contribute to company targets through HR programs.
Develop and monitor performance using KPI dashboards.
Oversee compensation and benefits, handle terminations, turnover processes, and employer branding.
Plan and execute employee engagement programs and training sessions to foster a motivated workforce.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations (UU Cipta Kerja) and organizational development.

Kualifikasi

Background in Psychology, HR Management, or Law.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a startup or digital marketing environment, especially in the fashion industry.
Strong understanding of team dynamics, HR tools, and advanced proficiency in MS Excel/Spreadsheet.
Experienced in creating and implementing SOPs, employee engagement programs, and HR policies.
Familiarity with UU Cipta Kerja, BPJS, compensation & benefits, and organizational development.
Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills; attention to detail, flexibility, and a cheerful attitude.
