Human Resource Business Partner (Mandarin Speaker)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Culture & Values:

  • Ensures that best practice in the company's culture & values initiative is available for and applied to all employees
  • Drive and manage culture activation/campaign

Performance Management:

  • Provide support to managers to cascade and communicate their key performance indicators to their team members and develop performance goals that are aligned to business requirements, guidance to have effective performance evaluation conversations
  • Contract & Probation Review

Employee Relations:

  • Warning Letter
  • Onboarding
  • Exit Interview/offboarding
  • Employee Transfer

Coaching & Counseling:

  • Utilizes an open door policy to acknowledge employee problems or concerns in a timely manner
  • Provide Coaching Service

Report:

  • Provide monthly report and updates regarding HR matters/issues 

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum bachelor degree in related filed. 
  • Minimum 2 years working experiences in Human Resources related functions (such as: recruitment, learning development, HRBP) 
  • Fluent in english, mandarin and bahasa Indonesia 
  • Great communication skill, quick adaptability and able to work as a team
