- Compliance & Policy Development: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, creating company policies, and maintaining employee records.
Kualifikasi
- Sourcing & Screening: Mencari kandidat potensial melalui job portal, media sosial, atau LinkedIn, serta menyeleksi CV.
- Interview & Assessment: Melakukan wawancara awal (telepon, video, tatap muka) dan mengatur psikotes.
