Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including market expansion and product diversification.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Oversee the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and customer-centric experience.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to optimize sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline analysis for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales performance data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
