Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Create visually compelling designs for various platforms, including social media, websites, email marketing, and offline marketing materials.
Develop and maintain consistent brand visuals aligned with the company's branding guidelines.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
Design assets for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional materials such as banners, posters, and packaging.
Create templates and design systems to streamline the production of recurring visual content.
Edit and enhance product photography and videos for promotional use.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure the brand stays fresh and relevant.
Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Provide creative input for brainstorming sessions and contribute to developing innovative concepts.

Kualifikasi

Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the fashion or beauty industry.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Experience in designing for social media, e-commerce, and print materials.
Photography and videography skills are a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinker with a passion for producing visually stunning designs.
Based in Bandung, willing to work on-site (WFO).
Ready to join immediately.
