Job Description:
- Research potential vendors
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases including cost analyses
- Maintain good relationship with vendors/suppliers
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree any major
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience related to construction purchasing
- Having experience to manage and conduct Bill of Quantity
- Good analytical skill and detail-oriented
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Aggresive and proactive in execution
- Proficient in English both verbal and written
- Will be placed in Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan
