Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handle daily financial transactions (AP, AR, petty cash, and bank transactions).
- Prepare and record journal entries accurately and timely.
- Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting.
- Monitor cash flow and support budget tracking.
- Prepare payment schedules and ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
- Support tax documentation and compliance processes.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial data.
- Assist in internal and external audit processes when required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in finance or accounting role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table is a plus).
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Responsible and able to meet deadlines.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Experience using accounting software is an advantage.
