Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial health of the company by developing and implementing financial strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Manage the preparation of financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with other departments to align financial goals.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Handle tax planning and compliance, ensuring timely submission of all statutory reports and payments.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering professional development and team performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Have more than 5 years of experience in financial management, with prior leadership roles preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax compliance.
- Proficient in financial management software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
