As a Finance Intern, you will:
- Assist in managing invoices, vendor payments, and reconciling accounts.
- Assist in monitoring cash flow, ensuring timely collection of payments and proper management of incoming funds.
- Help track departmental budgets and ensure expenses align with projected forecasts.
- Update and maintain financial databases, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
Kualifikasi
- Active student with no classes to attend or fresh graduates (preferably from Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field).
- Proficiency in Excel, experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) can be advantageous.
- Accuracy in financial data entry and reporting is essential.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta.
