- Design sketches and create mood boards for new products.
- Select fabrics, trims, and determine colors, patterns, and textures.
- Creating cost sheets and product lists.
- Plan and manage the production flow of new products.
- Develop new products aligned with market needs.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and finalize design themes.
- Perform technical tasks such as pattern making, cutting, and sewing.
- Work effectively under deadlines and pressure.
- Apply knowledge of fabrics and materials in design decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Fashion Designer
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and hand sketching.
- Strong understanding of fabrics, tech packs, color, pattern, and size specifications.
- Deep knowledge of the fashion industry and trends.
- Creative ability with strong attention to detail.
- Quick learner, adaptable, and efficient.
- Ability to create eye-catching designs with a good eye for fashion.
