- The Human Capital Department is a vital and dynamic part of the company, dedicated to driving growth by cultivating strong relationships with employees and partners. In Facetology, this team plays a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, while enhancing employee engagement and supporting overall business success. The department oversees various functions, such as recruitment, training, performance management, and employee well-being.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Preferred educational background in Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with a maximum of 2 years of work or internship experience, particularly in human resources or similar roles.
- Actively involved in organizational activities or have leadership experience in student organizations or other relevant activities.
- Proficient in using computer software, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills and quick to learn.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
