- The Finance Department is an essential part of a company, focused on driving financial growth and ensuring the stability of the business. In our company, finance team plays a critical role in managing financial strategies, optimizing resource allocation, and analyzing financial performance to support decision-making. The team works across various areas—budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Preferred educational background in Accounting, Economic, Business, Management, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with a maximum of 2 years of work or internship experience, particularly in finance, accounting, or management roles.
- Actively involved in organizational activities or have leadership experience in student organizations or other relevant activities.
- Proficient in using computer software, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills and quick to learn.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
