- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- Having an experience as an Event Organizer or any similar role
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Extensive knowledge in project management
- Willing to work and travel on weekend and holiday
- Great and effective coordination skills
- Placement: Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan
Kualifikasi
- Responsible in handling event requirements, such as Internal Activation, Company Events, Media & Government Event Activations, Internal Corporate communications and preparation process all according to event timeline
- Coordinating with internal and external parties to complete event preparation
- Ensure event timeline and budget are according to plan
- Organizing facilities and managing all event’s details such as entertainment, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material, etc.
- Conducting pre-and post–event evaluations and report on outcomes
