Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth.
Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, and others.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance using key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPM, and ROAS.
Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop engaging ad copies, visuals, and landing pages.
Perform SEO audits and implement strategies to improve organic traffic and website ranking.
Manage email marketing campaigns, including creating newsletters, analyzing performance, and refining strategies.
Analyze website and campaign data using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and platform algorithm changes to refine strategies.
Coordinate with the sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Generate weekly and monthly reports on digital marketing performance, providing recommendations for improvement.

Kualifikasi

Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the fashion or e-commerce industry.
Strong expertise in managing paid ads campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Familiar with SEO techniques, keyword research, and analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Proficient in email marketing tools like Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
Strong understanding of conversion funnels, audience targeting, and retargeting strategies.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
Creative mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with content creators and graphic designers.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Based in Bandung, willing to work on-site (WFO).
Ready to join immediately.
