Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Serve as primary liaison between company and clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Understand client needs and goals
Ensure company products/services align with client needs
Collaborate with internal teams to retain and expand accounts

Kualifikasi

Proven experience in project management or a related client-facing role. Agency background will be a plus.
Strong interpersonal, client relationship-building, and communication skills.
Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
Understanding of all digital platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc) and its relevant media metrics
Proficiency in Microsoft software (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and presentation skills
Other digital tools knowledge may be a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
