Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Design, manage, and optimize digital ad campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
- Analyze ad performance and provide recommendations to improve ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective ad strategies.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and relevant ad content.
- Monitor the latest trends and developments in digital advertising and apply them to ongoing campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on ad performance and offer strategic insights to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Digital Ads Specialist or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Deep understanding of SEO/SEM, retargeting, and paid search campaigns.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative with strong communication skills.
- Experience working in an agency or with clients from various industries is a plus.
