As a data engineer, you are responsible for the data infrastructure in Telkom. Your primary role is to build and scaling the data infrastructure and make it accessible for user.
What Will You Do In This Role
- Designing and implementing software systems. they also verify and maintain these system
- Building Robust systems for ingestion and data processing
- Extract Transsform Load operations known as the ETL process
- Exploration and research various new methods to obtain data and improve its quality.
- Building data architectures that meet the business requirements. They are responsible for generating a cstructured solutions by integrating several programming languages and tools
- Mining data from plenty of different sources to build efficient business models (optional)
- Managing meta data and other information related to maintained-data (optional)
- Working with other teams, data analyst and data scientists.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, statistics, mathematics, other relevant discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of data engineering experience.
- Having data engineer certification is a plus.
- Have a good ability in technology: (1) Data Engineering Tools (Pentaho/Kafka/Docker/Kubernetes/Airflow) (2) Databases (SQL & NoSQL) (3) Database & Software Architecture (4) Programming (Python & Shell Scripting)
- Have experience in one or more of the following areas: Data Crawling, Data Warehousing, Data Mart, Database Administrator
- Have high accuracy to detail and quality oriented.
- Have a desire to learn and develop skills.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in coordinating both with internal teams and other stakeholders.
