As an CS Training Specialist, you will:
- Design and deliver onboarding and continuous training programs for customer service (CS) staff focused on e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor performance and identify training gaps for marketplace admins and chat support agents.
- Coordinate with the E-Commerce CS team and Knowledge Management to ensure alignment between training and marketplace requirements.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and Quality Assurance audits.
Kualifikasi
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service training or team coaching, preferably in beauty or e-commerce industry.
- Experience handling or training teams for E-Commerce platform (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc).
- Good analytical skills for performance tracking and reporting.
- Ability to create engaging training materials and facilitate training sessions.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Teams.
