Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Plan, create, and edit high-quality content for various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media channels.
  • Produce engaging visual and video content that aligns with the brand’s identity and goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns and seasonal promotions.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in social media, including challenges, hashtags, and viral content, and adapt them to the brand's strategy.
  • Take and edit photos and videos for product showcases, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional materials.
  • Write engaging captions, scripts, and descriptions that resonate with the target audience.
  • Ensure all content is consistent in tone, style, and quality, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Track content performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
  • Coordinate with influencers or collaborators for joint content creation.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Content Creator or similar role, preferably in the fashion or beauty industry.
  • Strong skills in photography, videography, and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva, or similar).
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
  • Ability to write creative and engaging copy for captions and scripts.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual design.
  • Familiarity with SEO basics and how to optimize content for better reach is a plus.
  • Based in Bandung, willing to work on-site (WFO).
