Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide through analysis and advisory on compliance matters
- Managing reviews and consultations related to new products and services licensing
- Provide compliance point of views in reviewing bank's policies and procedures
- Promoting compliance culture within the organization
- Provide regulatory reporting related to Compliance
- Provide gap analysis on regulatory provisions, conduct socialization and ensure the fulfillment of the action plans.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate should possess at a minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in related majors.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Compliance in Banking Industry
- Have deep understanding in Compliance
- Possess certification of risk management and compliance minimum level 1 would be an advantage
- Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, etc).
- Skilled in delivering presentation and good public speaking.
- Thorough and keen to details.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and targets.
- Strong analytical and risk assessment skills, High level of integrity, takes accountability of work, good attitude, and have a great sense of teamwork.
