- Maintain good communication and relationships with merchants.
- Manage and monitor GMV, order category, and merchant's store performance from the sales output by conducting strategic negotiations.
- Responsible for following up and solving day-to-day merchant cases.
- Assist merchants in product optimization by participating on special promotions and campaigns.
- Monitor merchant violation, delayed delivery, false delivery, customer service response rate tracking, and poor fit merchant finishing.
- Analyze data to optimize operational strategies based on performance data.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Minimum 2 year of working experience related to merchant management in E-commerce or marketplace (Preferably have work experience as a brand seller in E-commerce).
- Fluent in English, both verbally and written.
- Familiar with Home Appliances brands, merchant resources, and business docking experiences.
