Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Guideline, Work Instruction, Form, Letter in thecompany with all department
- Translate OY! Indonesia departments procedure flow into process flow diagram
- Liase with all departments related to the documents update
- Help to prepare & organize internal and external audits for ISO 9001, 27001 and 37001
- Maintain the Document Management System & Document Master List
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any major
- 1-2 years experience in business process management is a plus point
- Familiar using Google Workspace
- Understand & able to create process flow diagram using software (such as visio, drawio, etc)
- Having a good skills in communication and detailed oriented
- Fluent in English
- Able to work in fast fast-paced environment
Additional Notes:
- Able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders ;
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 37001 and IS Audit is a plus point ;
- Knowledge of Financial Technology process is a plus point
