Business Operations Associate (Online Commerce)

As a Business Operations Associate (Online Commerce) reporting directly to Business Operations Manager, this role will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day activities related to business operations within the online business. The responsibilities will include assisting in project management, executing business initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure implementation of business strategies.

• Assist in the execution of the projects related to business initiatives, following established timeline and milestones.
• Work closely with the Business Operations Manager to ensure project goals align with strategic objectives. Data
• Conduct data analysis to provide insight into project performance and contribute to project evaluations.
• Generate regular reports for review by the Business Operations Manager.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and support project requirements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Provide administrative support to the Business Operations Manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Previous experience or coursework in business operations, project management, or related areas are preferable.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or other relevant software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
