As a Business Operations Associate (Online Commerce) reporting directly to Business Operations Manager, this role will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day activities related to business operations within the online business. The responsibilities will include assisting in project management, executing business initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure implementation of business strategies.
- Assist in the execution of the projects related to business initiatives, following established timeline and milestones.
- Work closely with the Business Operations Manager to ensure project goals align with strategic objectives. Data
- Conduct data analysis to provide insight into project performance and contribute to project evaluations.
- Generate regular reports for review by the Business Operations Manager.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and support project requirements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Provide administrative support to the Business Operations Manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Previous experience or coursework in business operations, project management, or related areas are preferable.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or other relevant software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
