- Conduct market research to identify new potential clients and business opportunities. Develop strategies to acquire new business and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored consulting solutions to meet their business goals.
- Generate leads, follow up on sales opportunities, and manage the sales pipeline to achieve set targets.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop customized business proposals, presentations, and contracts for clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends and analyze competitors’ strategies to enhance the firm's value proposition.
- Work with marketing, project management, and consulting teams to ensure a seamless client experience and successful execution.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in a consulting or professional services firm.
- Prior experience working in a consulting agency or similar environment is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
- Srong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
- Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex client needs.
- Skilled in negotiating deals and closing contracts.
- Deep understanding of market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapes, especially in the consulting sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is essential.
