Our ‘Product Center of Excellence’ in Berlin is a multidisciplinary team of analysts, architects, user experience, and project management professionals that designs world class products that deliver on the mission of serving the one billion people who use financial cooperatives in developing economies.
The Product Center of Excellence has the professionally challenging and personally rewarding task of designing products that can be used by diverse people across the globe in many different user environments.
Our product design team works with a team of over twenty software development and cloud operations professionals that build and operate our product.

Indonesia - Jakarta
What you will be doing:
• Establish understanding of business aims and drive the support/sign-off of key stakeholders to business cases
• Co-ordinate communication, requirements gathering, and user testing between project team and client users to ensure product value alignment
• Influence and advise the staff, suppliers, and senior stakeholders to achieve the best possible alignment between projects and ICT strategies, targeting delivery of improved performance and reduced cost
• Analysis and documentation of business and/or user requirements, which will determine the required functionality, including the facilitation of workshops and meetings
• Create specs that enable developers to produce fit for purpose software
• Facilitate refinement sessions towards the creation of user stories to ensure a shared understanding across the team
Kualifikasi
Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
