- Regularly understand industry trends and key market information to make specific reports
- Provide insights related to motorcycle staging market
- Look for market breakthroughs and formation of competitive strategy
- Form effective guidance for front line sales team, drive implementation and check the results
- Research and analyze product logic and operation process of industry competitors then form accurate reference report
- Other tasks assigned
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree, any major
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in sales SOP/policy creation or related functions (especially related to automotive finance) from well-known/top company
- Good Bahasa Indonesia and Intermediate English
- Rich auto finance industry experience
- Have in-depth understanding of motorcycle staging market, industry resources and trends
- Experience in formulating marketing strategy or sales policy
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
