Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Creative Direction: Lead and inspire the creative team in developing visual concepts aligned with client goals and brand strategies.
- Design Development: Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept creation to final execution, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and enhance brand consistency across various platforms, campaigns, and communication materials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and client management, to bring creative visions to life.
- Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design technologies, infusing innovative ideas into our projects.
Kualifikasi
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in art direction and graphic design, preferably in a strategic consulting or agency environment.
- Portfolio: Showcase a strong portfolio of successful design projects that demonstrate creativity, versatility, and a keen understanding of branding.
- Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts.
- Leadership Skills: Experience leading and mentoring a creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
