Job Description:
. Lead and manage After Sales operations including Service, Spare Parts, Warranty, and Customer
Handling.
. Ensure achievement of after sales targets.
. Develop and implement after sales strategies, SOP, and continuous improvement programs.
. Analyze after sales performance reports and initiate corrective actions when needed.
. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure effective resolution.
Kualifikasi
. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management, or related field.
. Minimum 5 years experience in After Sales automotive industry, with at least 2 years in
managerial role.
· Strong knowledge of workshop operations, service process, spare parts management, and
warranty.
· Proven leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
. Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI monitoring and reporting.
. Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills.
. Familiar with automotive dealer systems and principal standards.
. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
