As an After Sales Admin Intern, you will:
- Assist in processing customer returns, exchanges, and refunds in line with company policies.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for product pickups or reshipments.
- Support the creation of after-sales performance reports and dashboards.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the after-sales experience.
Kualifikasi
- Final year, Diploma, or Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the beauty and personal care industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication skills (written and verbal), customer-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Able to do full WFO internship from Tebet, South Jakarta
