Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, , Shopee, Tokopedia, and Instagram Ads. Leveraging your expertise to maximize campaign performance.
  • Manage and optimize daily performance campaigns, including budget allocation, bid management, audience targeting, and performance analysis.
  • Develop creative ad copy and visual strategy that resonate with our target audience.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Compile data reports and provide analysis of the ads campaign activities each month.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all advertising efforts.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in paid advertising, preferably within the beauty industry.
  • Deep understanding of Social Media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
  • Proficient in analytics tools and databases.
  • Mastery of digital ads platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, E-Commerce ads, etc.).
  • Proven track record of managing and optimising performance marketing campaigns, focusing on ROI and revenue generation.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience using data to inform campaign decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for skincare and a deep understanding of the needs of those with sensitive skin (a plus!).
